Head of Strategy & Planning opening at HR-Outsources, with the role reporting to the Director, Strategy & Planning. This is a senior corporate strategy and business planning position focused on leading annual business planning, translating strategic priorities into measurable KPIs, driving execution across business units, and supporting transformation initiatives.

The role involves strategy rollout, business case development, feasibility studies, market intelligence, macroeconomic analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy. The successful candidate will also manage strategic dashboards, scorecards, performance reviews, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Digital, and other support functions.
