The project aims to develop concrete proposals for public policies and trajectories to emancipate work from productivism, based on an international and comparative study of labour law and its social uses.
The PhD researcher will focus on the empirical parts of the research.
Positions are open to both lawyers and sociologists. A gool level of English and an excellent level of Dutch are required.
The PhD researcher will be part of the ERC RethinkingWork research team, composed of two PhD students, 2 postdoc researchers and me, working at the Centre de droit public et social de l'ULB .
