The AIDD Medicinal Chemistry Leader will focus on AI-powered drug discovery, integrating advanced computational methods and machine learning models for molecular design and optimization. Candidates should possess a PhD in Computational Chemistry, AI, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML applications for drug discovery, and a strong background in medicinal chemistry and modern AI tools such as Diffusion models, GNN, and Transformers.

The Medicinal Chemistry Leader will manage and develop a large team of medicinal chemists, leading projects from hit identification to candidate selection and driving innovation in small molecule drug discovery. Applicants should have a PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry, over 10 years of industry experience, and demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and successful drug discovery programs.
