King's Business School at King's College London is seeking applications for a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. The position offers a competitive salary range of £53,947-£63,350 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) with an indefinite contract, subject to a three-year probation period. During probation, lecturers receive a generous teaching abatement to support the development of their research profile. The start date for the position is 1st September 2026.
