About this position

I am recruiting for two PhD positions to research on low-carbon infrastructure finance & policy. ????????????
1?? ???????????????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????
This position will involve examining the effectiveness of financial policies used to de-risk low-carbon energy and transportation infrastructure assets.
2?? ????????-???????? ??????????????????
This position will focus on identifying the factors that limit long-term investors (pension/insurance/SWF) from increasing their low-carbon investments in direct infrastructure assets, as well as explore how policies can allow for higher investments.
?????????????????????? ??????????????:
Candidates will be based at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Guangzhou, and will work closely with me. The application process consists of two stages, starting with submitting your CV, transcripts, motivation letter, and a written sample to [email protected] .

Selected candidates will receive a postgraduate studentship of RMB 15,000 per month, along with financial support for data collection and international conference attendance.
