Taizhou Research Institute, Zhejiang University is recruiting for Master's graduates, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and research scientists in a highly interdisciplinary environment focused on computational biology, biomedical AI, multi-omics, and cancer drug discovery.

The postdoctoral role is titled Postdoctoral Researchers in Computational Biology, Biomedical AI, and Multi-Omics for Cancer Drug Discovery. The research environment emphasizes advanced computational modeling, machine learning, integrative analysis of large-scale biological datasets, and translational cancer research. The team works at the intersection of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, clinical data, and pharmacological data, with opportunities to collaborate with experimental biologists, clinicians, and data scientists.

Eligibility highlights: applicants should have a PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field for the postdoctoral position. Strong programming skills in Python/R, experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and demonstrated expertise in large-scale omics analysis are required. A solid understanding of cancer biology and/or pharmacology and a publication record in relevant fields are expected. Preferred experience includes multi-omics integration, network-based modeling, drug discovery pipelines, cheminformatics, structural biology, cloud computing/HPC, and single-cell or spatial transcriptomics.
