About this position

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is offering two positions for Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Associate, or Research Assistant to work on the project 'Bubble dynamics and mass transport in anion exchange membrane water electrolysis cells for green hydrogen production.' The project aims to address key challenges in bubble dynamics and mass transport within water electrolysis cells, contributing to the broader field of renewable energy and the hydrogen economy. The appointment period for each post is twelve months, and a highly competitive remuneration package is provided.

Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow position must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent and have no more than five years of post-qualification experience. Research Associate candidates should possess a master's degree or a good honours degree with at least three years of relevant research or work experience. Research Assistant applicants need an honours degree or equivalent qualification. All candidates must have practical experience in electrochemical energy systems.
