North Carolina State University’s Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources, through the Statistical Ecology and Forest Science Lab (SEFS Lab), is seeking a highly motivated M.S. student for Fall 2026. Responsibilities include leading research, participating in regular collaborative meetings, presenting results at professional meetings and conferences, and publishing findings in reputable academic journals. The student will also serve as a graduate student teaching assistant for one semester during the two-year M.S. program.
