University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) is recruiting for its DFG-funded Emmy Noether research group led by Dr. med. Shinwan Kany in digital cardiovascular research.

PhD opening: The PhD project is centered on multimodal cardiovascular data analysis, including deep learning on 12-lead ECG waveforms, semantic segmentation of CINE MRI sequences, explainable AI, and genetic analyses such as GWAS and rare variant burden testing.
