King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia is advertising multiple PhD and postdoctoral opportunities in Agentic AI for Networking and Cloud Computing through the FlexNGIA 2.0 project at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Intelligent Secure Systems (ISS).

The research theme is centered on next-generation Internet architectures, with a strong emphasis on agentic AI, network and service management, cloud computing, service function chains, traffic engineering, congestion control, and resource allocation. The project aims to use LLM-based AI agents to autonomously design, deploy, and optimize network protocols and services.
