The ERC-funded EXPULSE project at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) is seeking three PhD researchers and one postdoctoral researcher to join the Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies (BRISPO). The project investigates urban expulsion regimes, focusing on housing evictions, urban inequalities, and social justice across European cities. Research will combine quantitative data analysis, qualitative fieldwork, and comparative approaches, with city-specific fieldwork in Thessaloniki, Amsterdam, and Barcelona.
