About this position

The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur Behavioural Lab (a joint initiative of IIM Udaipur and R-CAT) is announcing a 5-day PhD Course on Behavioural Research Methods in Jaipur.

Venue: Behavioural Lab, R-CAT, Jaipur

This intensive course is designed for PhD scholars, Master’s students pursuing research, and early-career researchers/faculty interested in behavioural science research. The program focuses on core research training in qualitative research methods, experimental methods, quasi-experimental methods for causal inference, and the use of neuropsychological tools such as EEG and eye-tracking.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to research design, hypothesis development, lab and field experiments, data analysis, and the integration of advanced tools into behavioural research. The course is especially relevant for students and researchers in psychology, management, neuroscience, and related behavioural science fields.

Faculty from IIM Udaipur will lead the sessions, including experts in consumer psychology, experimental methods, organisational behaviour, and neuro-behavioural research. The program is structured to provide practical learning, peer networking, and direct access to laboratory infrastructure in Jaipur.

Fee: INR 20,000 + 18% GST. Group discounts are available (20% for 5+ participants; 10% for 3–4 participants). Lunch and high tea are included. Accommodation is not included, but outstation participants may request nearby hotel suggestions.
