The PhD is hosted at MTU and supervised by George O'Mahony, Head of Department of Computer Science. Applicants must have a BSc or BEng (Honours) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. Essential skills include cybersecurity, ethical hacking/penetration testing, cyber attack replication, OSCP style challenge development, and digital environment development using virtualization technologies.
