Candidates should have a first or upper second-class degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, cybernetics, or a related discipline, with strong analytical, numerical, and practical skills. Experience in developing precision mechanical devices, kinematic/dynamic analysis, finite element modelling, and hardware-in-the-loop control is required. Familiarity with CREO, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, ABAQUS, and MATLAB is expected. Industrial experience and strong communication skills are advantageous.
