I have just joined the CSE department at The University of Texas at Arlington as an assistant professor and am recruiting PhD students for Spring/Fall 2026.
I’m looking for students who are interested in working on data mining and machine learning, particularly in the area of Graph ML. Some of the topics in this area that I’m currently interested in include (but are not limited to): link prediction, OOD generalization, retrieval-augmented generation on graphs, and graph generation.
