PhD opportunity at Università LUMSA in Rome for the programme Sciences of the Civil Economy: Governance, Institutions and History (Cycle XLII).

This call is especially relevant for applicants interested in economics, law, behavioural economics, institutional analysis, civil economy, governance, history, and interdisciplinary research. The programme offers two curricula: Economic-managerial and Juridical-institutional.

Funding: 5 places are available, including 4 fully funded positions. The funded scholarship is €16,243/year, with a 50% increase during the mandatory period abroad. The programme lasts 3 years and includes at least 3 months of mandatory international mobility.

Eligibility and selection: Admission is based on a CV, publications, a research project plan (maximum 5,000 words, in English or Italian), and an oral exam. Foreign candidates may take the oral exam in English. Good knowledge of Italian is recommended but not required. Interdisciplinary research projects are explicitly valued.
