The successful candidate will conduct research aimed at understanding and strengthening leadership within residential care settings for older adults. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as nursing, medicine, healthcare management, social sciences, or related disciplines), an excellent academic record, and strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
