This position involves active participation in research and teaching tasks, student supervision, project work, deepening scientific knowledge, dissertation writing, publication of research, attendance at scientific events, and organizational duties. Applicants must hold a relevant Master’s or Diplom degree. Essential qualifications include knowledge of scientific research methods, with prior publications considered an advantage. Advanced expertise in at least one of the following areas is highly desirable: software development (Python, Web Technologies, Java), conceptual modeling (UML, ArchiMate), business process management (modeling languages, process mining, simulation, monitoring), development of modeling tools and process-oriented information systems, and application of formal methods (formal languages, automata theory, temporal logic). Excellent English proficiency is required, along with a strong interest in research and student engagement. Teaching experience in conceptual modeling and software development is a plus.
