The Department of Atmospheric Science at the Central University of Rajasthan is inviting applications for PhD positions for the 2025-2026 academic year (second phase) through the University Level Test. Eligible candidates should hold an M.Sc. or M.Tech. in relevant fields such as Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Oceanography, Marine Science, Geophysics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, Chemistry, Geo Informatics, Geology, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, Climate Sciences, Agriculture, or Water Resources, with a graduation in science/technology and a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university. A 5% relaxation in marks is available for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS candidates. The department seeks passionate individuals with strong applied research skills who are eager to contribute to impactful research in atmospheric and environmental sciences.
