PhD research scholars receive a competitive annual salary of NOK 565,000 (approx. EUR 48,150 or USD 55,940) as of August 2026, with possible increases for exceptional candidates and annual adjustments. Scholars are provided with office space, computing resources, and access to extensive library and software resources. Eligibility requirements: Applicants must hold a five-year MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration or a comparable field, with an average grade of at least B (4.0) in the Norwegian system. English proficiency is required via TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Academic unless exempt (native English speaker, qualifying Nordic degree, or degree taught in English).
