About this position

Professor Alvine Boaye Belle at York University (Lassonde School of Engineering, Toronto, Canada) is recruiting two PhD students to join her research group.

The research focus is the safety assurance of machine learning-enabled autonomous driving systems, with projects at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and safety science, especially for the automotive domain.

Eligibility highlights: applicants should hold an MSc in Computer Science (preferably Software Engineering), have at least a B+ GPA or equivalent, know software modeling concepts, be proficient in Python, and have strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
