National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Kundli is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) for a research project led by Dr. Komal Chauhan, Professor at NIFTEM. The project focuses on Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD) and explores innovative food science solutions through a multi-model approach.

Research theme: attenuation of MASLD by underutilized blended oils stabilized with goji berry bioactives. This is a strong fit for candidates interested in Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nutrition & Dietetics, functional foods, bioactives, and metabolic health.

Position details: The fellowship duration is 24 months or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. The post is based at NIFTEM, Kundli.
