Leuphana University of Lüneburg is advertising a PostDoc / Akademischer Rat (m/f/d) position in Management & Organization at the Institute for Management and Organization. This is a full-time academic role (100%) for up to 3 years, with salary group EG 13 TV-L / A13 under the public service scale.

The position is linked to the Professorship for Organization Studies and the Leuphana Center for Organization and Social Transformation (LOST). The successful candidate will teach courses and seminars in management and organization, including interdisciplinary teaching in English, and will also conduct independent, internationally competitive research. The role includes participation in third-party funding applications and supervision of final theses.

Applicants should have a completed degree in business administration, management, or a related field, plus an excellent PhD in management. The university is looking for candidates with a strong publication record, experience in qualitative research methods, and research interests in areas such as management, organization studies, strategy as practice, participation and inclusion, power, organizational identity, and related interdisciplinary topics. Very good English skills are required.
