An academic lab at AUB is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to work on a large-scale Arabic social media dataset and produce rigorous, narrative-aware insights. The role sits at the intersection of computational social science, data science, computational linguistics, political science, and social network analysis.

Research focus: index mappings, indicator identification, profile/persona mapping, narrative analysis, terminology mapping, and social network analysis. The postdoc will help build content-, profile-, and network-level analysis reports from the datasets and collaborate closely with social scientists and data scientists.
