About this position

Postdoc position in entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School, Department of Strategy and Innovation.

The project is connected to the research of Professor José Mata and focuses on questions such as what leads individuals to create new ventures, what makes organizations more entrepreneurial, how entrepreneurial strategies affect venture success, and what the societal consequences are. The research also highlights topics including women entrepreneurship, immigrant entrepreneurship, firm life cycle, resource mobilization, and support organizations for new ventures.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with large datasets, strong technical and communication skills, and a clear motivation to build a research career. Knowledge of Stata is desirable, and the role expects willingness to relocate to Denmark.

Funding and terms: the postdoc is for 2 years with a possible extension to 3 years. Salary is according to the Ministry of Finance agreement, and a small personal research budget for travel and conference participation is available.
