Postdoctoral Fellow: Applicants must have a PhD in computational biophysics, chemistry, bioinformatics, or related fields, with experience in molecular dynamics simulations (coarse-grained experience is a plus), strong coding skills (Python, Bash, GROMACS or similar), and interest in protein simulations, antibody modeling, or physical chemistry. The role involves developing coarse-grained models of antibody-like molecules and studying high-concentration and pH-dependent behavior.

Research Engineer: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in computational biophysics, molecular modeling, computer science, or similar. Good programming and automation skills (Python preferred) are required, and familiarity with molecular dynamics simulations or modeling workflows is advantageous. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated pipelines for model preparation, simulation automation, and trajectory analysis.
