New York University Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Postdoctoral Associate or Associate Research Scientist in the Energy and Propulsion Laboratory within the Division of Engineering. The position is centered on aerospace propulsion and closely aligned with research in hypersonic propulsion, high-fidelity CFD, reactive flow, combustion, detonation, and advanced energy systems.

The successful candidate will work on emerging propulsion technologies, including rocket/hypersonic propulsion systems, gas turbine engines for unmanned aircraft systems, and sustainable aviation fuels for urban air mobility.
