The Wang Lab at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine is recruiting a postdoctoral associate to study the molecular mechanisms underlying hematological malignancies, with a particular focus on leukemia initiation and therapy resistance. The project combines molecular biology, cancer biology, genomics, epigenomics, and immunology, and uses cutting-edge approaches such as CRISPR-based tools, single-cell multi-omics, and cancer mouse models.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, or a related field. Strong training in molecular biology, cell biology, and next-generation sequencing is required. Experience with computational biology, genetic screens, and single-cell technologies is preferred. The lab also expects at least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal, plus strong writing, communication, independence, and teamwork skills.
