The Hebrew University of Jerusalem invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position in cancer bioinformatics and computational biology, based at the Faculty of Medicine’s Ein Kerem campus. Research directions include modeling cancer ecosystems using patient-derived tumor xenografts and immune cells, and developing new cancer biomarkers through dynamic disease monitoring and data integration. The lab is led by Professor Carlos Caldas, a globally recognized expert in cancer medicine, with a distinguished record of scientific leadership and innovation.

Applicants must have a PhD in computer science, computational biology, or bioinformatics, a strong publication record, motivation for collaborative and interdisciplinary research, and excellent English skills.
