Postdoctoral fellow position in in situ structural biology at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.

The laboratory of Professor Shee-Mei Lok is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow to study in situ virus structures, with a particular focus on flaviviruses such as dengue and Zika viruses. The work is centered on structural virology and advanced imaging/structure determination approaches, including cryo-EM, with access to the National University of Singapore cryoEM facility (G1 and G4 Titan Krios microscopes and the Arctis system for high-throughput cryo-FIB milling).

Eligibility highlights: candidates should hold a PhD and have experience in cryo-EM or crystallography. Experience in cryo-FIB milling and subtomogram averaging is preferred, but not mandatory.
