Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Morocco is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in Analytical Chemistry to join the Chemical & Biochemical Sciences Green Process Engineering (CBS) Department. The successful candidate will reinforce the CBS team by contributing expertise in analytical chemistry, particularly in research activities related to industrial chemical phosphate manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include supervising internships, projects, and practical work, organizing seminars and workshops, and supporting students at both the PhD and Master’s levels. The postdoctoral fellow will also participate in collective projects and external missions, as well as assist with the supervision of reports, dissertations, and end-of-study papers.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a closely related field, with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals. Required skills include hybrid expertise in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, and materials chemistry, as well as experience in sample analysis and preparation. Fluency in French and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams are essential. Computer skills, programming, or modeling experience are advantageous.
