Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health is advertising a postdoctoral fellowship in exposomics and high-resolution mass spectrometry through the NIH-funded NIEHS T32 Advanced Training Program in Environmental Health and Data Science.

The opportunity is aimed at outstanding postdoctoral candidates with backgrounds in analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, metabolomics, or exposomics. Fellows will work on next-generation approaches for characterizing the human exposome, including untargeted HRMS, chemical exposomics, and environmental determinants of disease.

The broader training program spans environmental health sciences, environmental epidemiology, mechanisms of disease, data science, climate and health, and life course research. The Columbia page notes that multiple postdoctoral fellows may be appointed to the newly founded program, with two-year appointments starting as early as January 1, 2026.
