This postdoctoral opportunity centers on the design and development of versatile biopesticide formulations using natural products and bioresources, including entomopathogenic microorganisms, essential oils, and plant extracts. The successful candidate will characterize the physicochemical properties of these formulations, assess their impact on pathogenicity, compatibility, and stability, and conduct laboratory, greenhouse, and field experiments to evaluate their effectiveness against insect pests affecting major crops.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with the rearing and maintenance of insects and plants, supervising graduate and postgraduate research projects, and contributing to project reports, patents, presentations, and published papers. The position is ideal for candidates with a recent PhD (completed within the past five years) in crop protection or related fields. Experience in formulation technology, chemical characterization techniques, and a strong publication record are considered advantageous.
