The Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) in Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain, invites applications for a postdoctoral position in quantum cryptography within the Quantum Information Theory Group, led by Prof. Dr. Antonio Acin. Applicants must hold, or be close to completing, a PhD or equivalent degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. A strong track record in quantum cryptography and quantum information theory is essential. Excellent command of English is required. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and offered for up to three years, with salaries determined by the Selection Committee based on experience and responsibilities. A family allowance is available for eligible candidates upon approval.
