About this position
Exciting postdoctoral opportunity at the University of Melbourne in Corporate Political Influence, with a research focus on revolving door lobbying, commercial determinants of health, and public interest policymaking.
This position is part of an Australian Research Council funded Discovery Project titled “Revolving door lobbyists: harmful industries & public interest policymaking.” The program is led by Dr Jennifer Lacy-Nichols (University of Melbourne), A/Prof Katherine Cullerton (University of Queensland), and A/Prof Alexandra Jones (The George Institute for Global Health / UNSW).
The role is a full-time, fixed-term postdoctoral research fellowship for up to 3 years, at Level A/B depending on qualifications and experience, based in Melbourne. The successful applicant will drive innovative research on revolving door lobbying and corporate political influence, collaborate with interdisciplinary scholars, and help build a strong research profile and future funding track record.
Ideal candidates are early-stage researchers with experience in corporate political influence and/or commercial determinants of health. Applications close on 18 May.
Funding details
Full funding including tuition fees and living expenses is available for this position. The scholarship covers all educational costs and provides a monthly stipend.
