Sanquin Research in Amsterdam is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher specialized in Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) to join Jan Voorberg's group. The focus of this position is on in vivo gene therapy for blood diseases, utilizing advanced technologies such as base/prime editing, CRISPR-Cas9, and protein engineering. The research aims to develop and optimize LNPs for the delivery of gene editing tools to hematopoietic stem cells, with the goal of treating genetic blood disorders.

The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with experts in gene therapy, molecular biology, and nanotechnology. Key research areas include the design and characterization of LNPs, in vivo delivery strategies, and the application of gene editing techniques to modify hematopoietic stem cells.
