Postdoctoral Researcher in Nano Electronics, Semiconductor Devices, and Circuits at UNIST Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea

Postdoctoral Researcher opportunity at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) in the Nano Electronics and Technology Lab (NExT Lab), led by Assistant Professor Myungsoo Kim.

The lab is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher through the InnoCORE Global Postdoctoral Program to work on nanoelectronics, semiconductor devices, and circuits for extreme environments. Research themes include 2D materials, phase change materials (PCM), transistors, memory, sensors, monolithic integration, and RFIC design. The lab also highlights broader interests in nanomaterials, logic and memory devices, neuromorphic applications, flexible nanoelectronics, bioelectronics, and electromagnetics.

Applicants should have a strong academic background and a publication record in top-tier semiconductor devices, materials, or circuits journals/conferences. This is a research-intensive postdoctoral role for candidates with strong motivation and a track record in relevant experimental or device/circuit research.

Funding includes a starting annual salary of KRW 80,000,000 + α, with higher compensation possible depending on research record and experience. The appointment begins with a one-year contract and may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to annual evaluation.
