Postdoctoral Researcher in Political Economy, Digital/Green/Geo-economic Transition Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in Germany

Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz is advertising a postdoctoral researcher position in Political Economy, with a focus on the digital, green and/or geo-economic transition. The role is embedded in the Department of Political Science and connected to the wider political economy research group across the Rhein-Main-Universitäten, including collaborations with Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Technische Universität Darmstadt, and Goethe University Frankfurt.

The appointment is for 4 years and is paid according to TV-L E13 (75%), with an annual gross salary of approximately 50,000 Euro depending on experience. Applicants should have a completed university degree in Political Science, Sociology, or Economics, plus a doctorate in a relevant field by the entry date. English fluency is required.
