Postdoctoral opportunity in Translational Immunology and RNA Therapeutics at the Genome Biology Lab (Bodega Lab), Istituto Nazionale di Genetica Molecolare (INGM), Milan, Italy.

The project focuses on cancer immunotherapy, tumor immunology, RNA biology, and T-cell research, with an emphasis on developing and validating RNA-targeting therapeutic strategies for immune dysfunction in cancer. The selected postdoctoral researcher will work in a translational environment bridging functional immunology, molecular research, and preclinical validation.

Research activities include: human T-cell functional studies, RNA-targeting therapeutic strategy development, activation/proliferation/cytotoxicity/cytokine assays, multiparametric flow cytometry, immune phenotyping, and collaborative translational work.

Eligibility highlights: applicants should hold a PhD in immunology, cancer biology, or molecular biology. Strong experience in human T-cell culture and functional immune assays is required, and expertise in multiparametric flow cytometry is expected. Experience in RNA biology is an advantage. International candidates are welcome.
