Postdoctoral Researcher Positions in Human-Environment Relationships in Drying European Landscapes (ERC) at University of Oxford University of Oxford in United Kingdom

Two postdoctoral researcher positions are advertised at the School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford, as part of the ERC Starting Grant project Living with Drought: Human-Environment Relationships in Drying European Landscapes.

The roles are research-focused and each has a distinct ethnographic emphasis: one position examines how people and communities in Germany learn to live with drought, and the other focuses on Spain. The project sits at the intersection of anthropology, geography, environmental science, and climate-change research, with a strong emphasis on human-environment relationships, drought adaptation, and lived experience in drying landscapes.
