This remote Qualitative Research Internship offers early-career researchers the chance to support an impact evaluation project in the education sector in Pakistan. Hosted by Forman Christian College University and supervised by Lecturer Shahid Ali Naeem, the position is ideal for those interested in qualitative research methods and policy-relevant work. Responsibilities include transcribing and translating interviews and focus group discussions, assisting with qualitative data coding and analysis, and supporting research documentation while maintaining data confidentiality.

Eligibility requires current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in qualitative research, transcription, translation, or data coding, strong attention to detail, responsible data handling, proficiency in English and Urdu, and familiarity with qualitative analysis tools such as NVivo.

The internship is remote, runs from February to March (2 months), and offers a stipend of PKR 50,000.
