About this position
I have a few funded Ph.D. positions starting in Spring or Fall 2026 at the Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Computing at the University of South Florida. Research projects will focus on real-time and cyber-physical systems, with the overarching goal of developing techniques that make safety-critical systems safe and reliable. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Prior experience in low-level systems programming, formal verification/mechanized proofs, and/or machine learning would be beneficial. Funding details
Full funding including tuition fees and living expenses is available for this position. The scholarship covers all educational costs and provides a monthly stipend.
