The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, specifically the Department of Economics and Business Administration in Hungarian Language, located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The position is part-time and temporary, offering the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research on digital transformation, organizational management, and innovation at both micro and macro levels.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics or a related field and be currently enrolled in a doctoral program in management. Advanced proficiency in Romanian, English, and Hungarian is required, as the research environment is multilingual. Candidates should have 1-4 years of research experience in Economics, with demonstrated expertise in organizational management, knowledge transfer, and digital solutions. A strong interest in scientific research on digitalization and innovation is essential.
