Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is inviting applications for a Research Associate position in the Marketing Area at its Noida Campus, under the guidance of Prof. Satyabhusan Dash.

This is a research-focused opportunity for candidates with a strong academic background in Management, Tourism, or related fields. The role involves hands-on work in data collection, data analysis, academic writing, literature review, and empirical research, supporting high-quality scholarly outputs.

Eligibility highlights: Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Management, Tourism, or a relevant field, an excellent academic record, and at least one peer-reviewed journal publication. Preference is given to candidates with research-oriented professional experience, strong quantitative or qualitative research skills, computer proficiency, and good communication skills.

Funding: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 60,000 plus HRA as per institute norms. The appointment is contractual, initially for one year and extendable based on performance and institute requirements.
