Xadel IT Inc is seeking a Scrum Lead for a position based in Skyview 7, Fort Worth, Texas, USA. The role focuses on leading teams in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, particularly for organizations of a similar scale to American Airlines. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience, with a strong technical background and proven expertise in Agile methodologies and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the flow of value from idea generation to release, coaching teams to create high-value deliverables, promoting transparency, and enabling teams to practice Professional Scrum and other agile frameworks. The Scrum Lead will also serve as an internal trainer, contribute to learning and development, and coach Product Owners/Managers in product planning and backlog management.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in an agile environment is required, along with experience coaching agile methodologies and a Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent). Mandatory skills include utilization of ADO and experience with SAP S/4HANA migration. Preferred qualifications include experience with scaled agile frameworks, continuous integration/delivery, and superior analytical and communication skills.
