The post is focused on Agile delivery and Scrum facilitation, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog support, impediment removal, and continuous improvement. The role also involves coaching teams and stakeholders, supporting collaboration, and working with Product Owners and leadership to improve delivery practices.

Eligibility highlights: candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, behavioral science, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The post asks for 5+ years of experience enabling Agile principles and Scrum values for IT project teams, strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and Agile methodologies, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification.
