About this position

We are seeking a motivated PhD student to explore how digital technologies can transform the sustainability & resilience of global food supply chains.

The successful candidate will contribute to developing a Global Food Supply Chain Observatory – an innovative digital platform to map, analyse, and visualise the journey of food from farm to fork.

* Supervision: Co-supervised by myself and Dr Mukesh Kumar (University of Cambridge)
* Industry Engagement: Includes a 3-month placement at Google Cloud
* Programme: Part of the prestigious CAM-DTP, an ESRC-funded Doctoral Training Partnership network
