?? We are excited to offer a PhD project focusing on the synthesis of hard carbons from phenolic-type resins, aiming to develop innovative anode materials for sodium-ion (Na-ion) batteries — a promising, sustainable alternative to lithium-ion batteries for large-scale energy storage.
?? Candidate profile:
Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience in materials synthesis and characterization.
Knowledge in porous materials, polymers, or organic chemistry is a plus.
Strong academic record (Master's average = 14/20, first quartile) and international experience preferred.
