The University of Graz invites applications for the position of University Assistant without Doctorate (PhD Position) in the Department of Civil Law, Foreign Private Law and Private International Law. This four-year, temporary position offers an annual gross salary of at least €52,865.40 (full-time), with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience. The role is designed for candidates who wish to pursue a dissertation in Civil Law while actively participating in research projects focused on Austrian and comparative inheritance and tort law, under the supervision of Professor Gregor Christandl.

Responsibilities include writing a dissertation, involvement in research projects, conducting and participating in courses, assisting in examinations, providing student support, and contributing to organizational and administrative tasks.
