The International Max Planck Research School for Systems and Process Engineering for a Sustainable Chemical Production (IMPRS SysProSus) is a collaborative graduate school between the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. The program offers structured PhD training in process and systems engineering, applied mathematics, chemistry, computer science, and systems biology, focusing on innovative approaches to replace fossil raw materials in chemical production with renewable carbon sources such as biogenic residues and plastic waste.
